Here's how to set up electricity with us in a few steps

For things to run smoothly, please make sure you have the following information on hand:

  • The meter number OR the POD number

This information can be found on your current electricity bills or on your meter. If you have a smart meter, the meter number can easily be recognised by the preceding letter sequence “SAG”.

  • The address of the place of consumption

With that information, please contact our customer service by phone, email or on site at our customer center in Esch-sur-Alzette.

Monday to Friday from 7.30 am to 12 pm
and from 1.30 pm to 5 pm

You will then receive an offer for our green electricity “Mäi Stroum”, which you accept with your signature. Among the documents you will also find a SEPA form for paying by direct debit.

All you have to do is send us the signed contract documents. Our customer service will then take care of the rest.

If you are switching suppliers, we will take care of all the necessary formalities with your old supplier and the network operator. Your supply is guaranteed throughout the entire process, without disruption. No engineer visits are needed as your electricity meter will remain the same.

Your contract request is free and non-binding. The switch to SUDenergie will only be completed once we have received your signed electricity contract.
