Switching is quite easy: the only thing you need to do in order to switch supplier is to sign a gas or electricity contract. To do so, please contact our customer service or use our online tool.
Once we've received the contractual documents with your signature, we will terminate your existing contract with your previous energy supplier according to the respective notice period. In a second step we will inform your network operator and ask them to make the transfer. From this moment onwards, SUDenergie will supply you with gas or electricity. Be assured, your energy supply will be guaranteed throughout the whole transition.
Good to know: your commitment and your transfer to SUDenergie will only become effective after you've signed the new contract. We won't start any of the above mentioned formalities with your current energy supplier or your network operator before you haven't given us your consent with your signature.
