If you smell gas or if you detect a leak, please call us on one of these numbers:

What to do if you smell gas inside the building:

  • Open all the windows to create a draught 
  • Turn off the main gas tap and leave the building 
  • Warn others in the building (do not ring any doorbells) and leave the building
  • Call the network operator as soon as you have left the building
  • Do not light a match under any circumstances 
  • Do not smoke or use a lighter 
  • Do not switch on any electrical appliances or lights 
  • Do not use any phones in the building
