SUDenergie: Your bill

In addition to your monthly advance bills, you will receive an annual bill in July of each year, which includes your natural gas consumption for the entire year. Your annual bill is sent either by post or (paperless) by e-mail.

What to find on the first page

1. Billing address / Postal address

2. Place of natural gas use = metering point

3. Information concerning your meter and POD

4. History of your consumption to date (which you'll need for an energy passport)

5. Schedule of next advance payments

7. Breakdown of overall consumption using the degree-day method or actual consumption if you have a communicating smart meter installed; billing according to the respective tariff at the time of the consumption

8. Total amount of the bill (natural gas, discounts, meter rental, service price, taxes, VAT)

9. Advance payments for the billing period

10. Balance (total costs – advance payments)
