Every SUDenergie customer can access the customer portal. To create your access, simply write an email to frontoffice@sudenergie.com from the email address you want to use as user name. As soon as your email address is in SUDenergie’s customer directory, your access will be activated and you can log into portal.sudenergie.lu.
In order to benefit from the advantages of the “mySUDenergie” portal, you must also agree to the direct debit procedure and accept to receive your bills via email.
