What documents do I need to request a contract?

For things to run smoothly, please make sure you have the following information on hand:

1. The meter number OR the POD number

If you are switching suppliers, this information can be found on your current electricity bills. If you moved to a new house, you will find the number on your meter. You can simply take a picture of the meter and send it to us. If you have a smart meter, the meter number can easily be recognised by the preceding letter sequence “SAG”.

2. The address of the place of consumption
3. Your estimated annual consumption (optional)

If you know how much energy you consumed in the past, we can make a more accurate estimation of your energy costs. However, this information is only optional.

With this information, you can request your contract via our online tool or by contacting our customer service by phone, e-mail or at our service centre in Esch-sur-Alzette.

What are the next steps?

We'll check your enquiry and if all information is complete, one of our advisors will send you a contract for our green electricity “Mäi Stroum”, which you accept with your signature. Among the documents you will also find a SEPA form if you opted for paying by direct debit. Please send the signed documents back to us. At this stage, we will also need a copy of your passport or identity card.
