Natural gas
As a gas customer, you will receive an annual bill in July of each year, which includes your natural gas consumption for the entire year. On the basis of previous consumption data we will calculate your monthly advance bills which you will pay throughout the year. If you are a new customer, your advance bills will be based on an estimated consumption.
Electricity
Billing for electricity customers happens on a monthly basis and on your actual consumption. Each month you will thus receive a bill charging you for the electricity consumed the month before. If your consumption data is not available, we will let you know and you will be charged on the basis of advanced payments and an annual bill.
