Once we've received your contract request, one of our customer advisors will send you the contractual documents. Please sign the documents and send them back to us.
We will then take care of all the formalities for your switch to SUDenergie: we will contact your network operator to request the transfer taking into account the 21 days notice period. If you are switching suppliers, we will also terminate your contract with your previous supplier. Please be assured that we won't start this process until you have signed your contract with SUDenergie with which you give us the permission to act on your behalf. Also, requesting a contract is obligation-free. You can be confident that you are only committed if you sign the contract.
