Already a customer? No worries
If you are moving and you want to stay a customer with us, you need to end the contract at the old address and sign a new contract for the home you're moving to. You can easily do this by filling in the form « fiche de résiliation de contrat + reprise d’une nouvelle installation ». In this document, please tell us when you are moving (the exact date you will be moving in) and your new address.
