How to terminate your SUDenergie contract
If you want to leave SUDenergie and terminate your contract, please fill in and sign the cancellation form below. You can send it to us by e-mail or post or hand it in at our customer service centre in Esch-sur-Alzette.
Please remember that according to our General Terms and Conditions for business customers, your contract starts on the date it is signed and runs until the end of the legal year two years later. After this date, the contract is automatically renewed on a yearly basis unless it is terminated three months before this date. For example, a contract that is signed on 14th September 2023 initially runs until 31st December 2025 and is renewed anually if it is not terminated by 30th September 2025. Contracts need to be terminated in written.
