According to our terms and conditions for business customers a three months notice period applies. A new contract comes into effect on the day it is signed and runs until the end of the legal year two years later. If you want to leave, you need to give us notice at least three months before the end of this initial contract period. After this delay, your contract will be renewed automatically on a yearly basis for always a period of a year and with three months notice.
